We invest the way we operate — directly.

Cascade Operators Group is a three-person partnership — an operator, an investor, and a chief financial officer — bringing the experience of much larger firms to a single, hands-on acquisition in the Pacific Northwest.

What unites us is a simple stance: the people making the decisions should be the people who live with them. We acquire with our own capital and stay on to run what we buy — for the long term.

Our goal is not simply to buy a company. It is to carry forward what has already been built — with fresh energy, modern systems, and the steady attention of owners who plan to be there.

Operating, finance, and capital under one roof.

An established Pacific Northwest business, owner-led.

The points below define exactly what we want — enough for any owner, broker, or advisor to tell at a glance whether we’re the right call.

Geography

Pacific Northwest

Within roughly 50 miles of Portland, Oregon or Sequim, Washington.

Situation

Owner-led transitions

Retirement, succession planning, or estates where the next steward has not yet been identified.

Industries

Service, manufacturing, distribution, retirement services

Established operations with durable customer relationships. Not retail. Not restaurants. Not franchises.

Size

Minimum $400K SDE

Seller’s discretionary income of at least $400,000.

Posture

Principals, not a fund

We invest our own capital, take operational responsibility, and intend to hold and run what we buy for the long term.

A straightforward process, built around the seller.

Selling a business you’ve spent years building is a significant decision. Our process is designed to respect that — unhurried, confidential, and clear at every step.

Step One

A confidential conversation

We start by listening. An introductory call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing, and we’re glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any details change hands. Most of these conversations simply help both sides decide whether it’s worth talking further.

Step Two

A fair, well-supported offer

If there’s a fit, we move quickly and value the business honestly. We explain exactly how we arrived at our number — no games, no pressure — and because we invest our own capital, we can give you a clear answer without waiting on outside committees.

Step Three

A careful transition

We stay on to run what we buy. That means protecting your employees, your customers, and the reputation you’ve earned, through the handoff and well beyond it. You decide how involved you’d like to remain, from a clean exit to a gradual transition.

If a situation comes to mind, we would value the introduction.

Whether you are an owner considering a transition, a broker with a fitting listing, or an advisor whose client may benefit from a serious local buyer — please reach out.

Thank you — your message has been received. We read every introduction personally and will reply within a day or two. If your matter is time-sensitive, you can also write directly to info@cascadeoperatorsgroup.com.
